What is your turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time can always be found at the top of the website. Turnaround is for production only and does not include shipping time.

Can I exchange or return my item?
Our t-shirts are all made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or name tees for any reason other than an imperfection caused during production. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for any item that was purchased more than thirty (30) days ago, for any reason. 

My order is lost or damaged by USPS. How do I get a replacement?
We offer Route shipping insurance for all orders. By adding this to your order, you are guaranteed a free replacement if your order is lost or damaged by the postal service. If you decline route insurance on your order, we will not replace your items free of charge. Once an order is in the hands of the postal service, we are not liable for any issues that may arise.

How much is shipping?
We charge a flat fee of $4 for shipping on all USPS domestic orders and $8 for USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. All orders over $100 ship for free!

Are your graphics vinyl or screen printed?
We offer screen printed and vinyl shirts. All custom requested graphics (including name tees) are vinyl and are made with a professional heat press. We do not use an iron. If you have any issues with cracking or peeling within 30 days, please reach out to us for a free replacement tee. We also offer sublimation designs.

Do you have any discount codes?
You can always find a 15% off rep code on any of our social media. Our reps love to share! You can join our Facebook VIP group and be the first to know everything. Don't forget to sign up for email notifications, as well as signing up for our rewards program to earn discounts!

What brand are the shirts that you use?
We currently use Bella Canvas and Rabbit Skins brand shirts. As well as LAT Apparel and Gildan for sweatshirts and hoodies.
